Construcciones Stadthagen Cardenal S.A. began operations in the year 1999 with Alberto Stadthagen Cardenal  working as an independent general contractor focusing on building private high-end homes and commercial buildings in Managua.

By the year 2005, ASC was expanding and building projects such as Villas de Palermo and Bahia del Sol in San Juan del Sur. 

Due to its growth, and the strategic necessity to structure a  platform to become a player in the construction market of Nicaragua, Construcciones Stadthagen Cardenal S.A. was founded in the year 2006.

Since then, CSC S.A has been working in the some of the most important tourist projects in the pacific of Nicaragua and private homes constructed in Managua. 

Our Business

In the last four years CSC S.A. has been chosen to build more than 200,000 ft2 in projects throughout the Pacific of Nicaragua:

Additionally, in the same period CSC S.A. has contracted more than 130,000 ft2 by building private homes and other commercial projects in Managua.
